Introducing the Guidelines for Creating a "Healthy Research Environment" – Laboratory Edition
Based on the outcomes of our project, we have created a pamphlet designed to be used in research laboratories. We encourage you to incorporate it into lab settings such as journal clubs, progress report meetings, or when welcoming new members. Use this pamphlet as a tool to facilitate conversations about research!
We hope it will serve as an opportunity for open discussion among all members of the lab—principal investigators, mid-career staff, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduates alike. Share inspiring discoveries, talk about those sweat-inducing failures, and invite senior members or PIs to share their experiences.
